CAN I PUT MY SIGN OUTSIDE?

Yes! You can absolutely put your signs outside. However for longevity and as we live in a not-so tropical climate we would recommend coating it in a clear varnish to protect it from long periods of rain.  

 

WHAT IS MY SIGN MADE FROM?

Our signs and masks are made from albesia wood, from Bali, Indonesia. Lightweight and one of the fastest growing trees in the world - it's perfect for Tiki Signs!

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to send out your order within 2 working days. It then will be shipped on a 48 hour service with either Parcelforce or Evri. You can upgrade to a 24 hour service for an additional charge.​

 

CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?

Yes. We will send out tracking details to you via email once your item has shipped.

 

HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY BE?

If your order weighs less than 2kg, the standard shipping would be £3.99 with an express option for £4.99. For orders weighing over 2kg the standard shipping is £5.99 with an express option for £6.99. Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items in an unused condition, however you are responsible for covering the return postage costs.

WILL MY SIGN BE EXACTLY THE SAME AS IN THE PICTURE?

Yes, however as each item is individually hand crafted there might be a small chance that the colours are ever so slightly different, but as a whole yes they will be the same.
